P\u0159estala jsem kou\u0159it a alkohol si dop\u0159\u00e1v\u00e1m pouze jenom minim\u00e1ln\u011b nebo n\u011bkde ve spole\u010dnosti. Ale tak\u00e9 \u010dlov\u011bk vlastn\u011b mus\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u00edm, \u017ee ne v\u017edycky tohle se vyda\u0159\u00ed. I kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk chce m\u00edt t\u0159eba lep\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, tak n\u011bkdy se mu to ale v\u016fbec nepovede. N\u011bkdy bude ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00fd a potom ihned m\u016f\u017ee spadnout t\u0159eba do n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti.V\u011bt\u0161inou lid\u00e9 spadnou do z\u00e1vislosti\u00a0alkoholov\u00e9. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se, \u017ee alkohol je pr\u00fd nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed stra\u0161\u00e1k. Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee tohle je pravda? Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee ano. Proto si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 budou tak\u00e9 v\u00edce p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, jak\u00fd maj\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, tak potom mohou tak\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt tou spr\u00e1vnou nohou. M\u016f\u017eou zm\u011bnit opravdu v\u0161echno a tak\u00e9 si hlavn\u011b pamatuji, \u017ee na zm\u011bnu \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu nen\u00ed nikdy pozd\u011b. Vym\u011bnit\u00a0t\u0159eba p\u00e1r fastfood\u016f za zeleninu a ovoce nebo jin\u00e9 zdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, tak ud\u011bl\u00e1te samoz\u0159ejm\u011b dob\u0159e. Pro m\u011b samotnou to bylo velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, ale nakonec asi po p\u016fl roce se to v\u0161echno poda\u0159ilo a mus\u00edm uznat, \u017ee se c\u00edt\u00edm opravdu skv\u011ble.
